Vivo TWS Earphone Neo earbuds were launched in China on Monday along with the Vivo X50 series. The latest truly wireless earbuds have a shiny stem design and a puck-shaped charging case. The earbuds are equipped with 14.2 mm drivers, aptX Adaptive and AAC-HD audio. The Vivo earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.2 and have a DeepX audio effect for rich bass, clear voice and treble. There is an 88ms low latency mode that is said to be the best gaming experience. The price for Vivo TWS Earphone Neo in China is 499 RMB (about Rs 5,300) and is available in white and interstellar blue. The Vivo TWS Earphone Neo is already available in China.
The Vivo TWS Earphone Neo has a Jovi voice assistant with a real-time translator and touch controls for changing tracks, playing / pausing music and much more. There is a quick pair function for Vivo phones and an IP54 rating for water resistance. The Vivo TWS Earphone Neo is equipped with two noise-canceling microphones. The earphones each measure 33.95 × 18.6 × 16.5 mm and weigh 4.7 grams.
The earphones have a 25 mAh battery and are said to last up to 5.5 hours on a single charge (4.2 hours with aptX Adaptive). The 400 mAh charging case offers an additional 27 hours. It is charged via USB Type-C and it takes 100 minutes to fully charge the case. According to Vivo, the earbuds can provide 2.5 hours of playback with 15 minutes of quick charge. There is no word yet about the launch of the Vivo TWS Earphone Neo in India.
